Start by covering the bottom of your pan with olive oil, or oil of choice. Place your salmon in the pan and cook until the internal temp reaches 145 degrees. Usually about 10-15 minutes. Optional, add salt and pepper to taste.
While salmon is cooking, melt 4 tbsp of butter in the microwave
Squeeze half a lemon into the melted butter. Then add 1-2 garlic cloves. Mix to combine.
Once the salmon is done, top with lemon and garlic mixture.
