Roasted Brussel Sprouts

  • 450 oven or toaster oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bag of Frozen Brussels sprouts you can also use fresh Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil or preferred oil
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Powder
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating your brussel sprouts in the microwave based on the back of the packaging, or for 5 minutes.
    If you are using fresh brussels sprouts skip the heating. Instead, prepare your brussles sprouts by trimming the stalk ends and remove any leaves with dark spots.
  • Let brussel spouts sit for 1 minute to cool. Then place on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil
  • Pour olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the brussel sprouts. Then gently mix together
  • Bake your brussel sprouts at 450 for 15 minutes. Or until they are crispy to your liking
