1bagof Frozen Brussels sprouts you can also use fresh Brussels sprouts
1/4CupOlive Oilor preferred oil
1tbspGarlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Start by heating your brussel sprouts in the microwave based on the back of the packaging, or for 5 minutes. If you are using fresh brussels sprouts skip the heating. Instead, prepare your brussles sprouts by trimming the stalk ends and remove any leaves with dark spots.
Let brussel spouts sit for 1 minute to cool. Then place on a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil
Pour olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the brussel sprouts. Then gently mix together
Bake your brussel sprouts at 450 for 15 minutes. Or until they are crispy to your liking
